Simple questions, specific answers. How do locals and foreigners, tourists and visitors of Riga deal with Latvian lats with one of the most expensive currencies in Europe. The short movie lets people tell about their everyday expenses and it also gives them an ability to express their wishes through a bit of dreaming. “Money Talks” is a short that seeks for contrasts and lets the viewer to judge people in Riga in a very free style.
