If I had a choice, I would report on culture and write fiction. But it's easier to survive if you write about politics. I hope I'll have an academic career one day, too.
About me:
I wanted to become a journalist when I was in high school, but after some consideration chose to study Political Science. I finished my BA in 2007 in Vilnius, LT. Spent half a year in Gothenburg, SE, as an Erasmus student. Started working at a newspaper in 2005. Did an MA in Sociology/Anthropology in Budapest, HU, and later was a visiting research fellow in Tokyo, JP, for two months.
