Call for journalists to report for Orange Magazine at the XVIIIth International Aids Conference in Vienna
Do you want to get deeper insight into the topic of international drug policies?
Do you want to take part in the biggest Orange Magazine production ever?
Do you want to cooperate with European and Asian young journalists?
Don't wait too long with applying, because the deadline is on the 14th of June. For this printed edition of Orange we are looking for: print journalists, photographers and an editor-in-chief. The call is open to young journalists between 18-30 years old from all countries in Europe and Asia. The European-Asian team of 12 reporters will meet already 4 days before the conference (14th of July) in Vienna and then cover the international drug policies topic during this major international conference from 18 to 24 July. This Orange production is organized with the financial support of the Open Society Institute in the framework of the Global Drug Policy Program.
Orange Magazine (http://orangelog.eu/) is an event magazine, produced by European Youth Press at different international events since 2007 which aims to offer international professional experience to young journalists through a learning-by-doing approach.
Accommodation, meals in Vienna and visa costs are fully covered . Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 320 Euros for European journalists and 800 Euros for Asian journalists upon presentation of the relevant receipts and boarding passes.
